What to Expect on Your First Visit
When You Arrive
When you arrive, our team will happily show you the way to the children’s area. You’ll go to the first-time check-in station where you can tell us a little about your family to help us serve you well.
HOW THINGS WORK
Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, you’ll see your child’s code on the screen. This sticker is also what you’ll use to pick up your child after the service.
Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.
Is your newborn too restless for the main worship experience or is your toddler still hesitant to be away from you for too long? We have the perfect place for you! The Mother’s Room is a space set aside for parents to be with their smaller children with toys, blankets, and still get to experience the worship and message live via video.
All Real Life Kids volunteers pass a background check, and we have our own safety team to ensure your child’s safety. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up, and a text message paging system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during the worship experience.
