Everyone, at some point, wonders who they are because it determines how we see ourselves. We know people come to church with many identities– some positive, some negative.

Our goal is for you to see yourself the way God sees you. Jesus, the Son of God, taught us that we are children who are valued, forgiven, and loved unconditionally in God’s eyes.

We want you to think, trust, and live knowing that you are a child of the Most High God so that you experience the goodness purposed for you here and now.

What to expect

We will greet you with a smile and offer you a warm cup of pour-over coffee upon arrival.
We have no dress code and everyone is welcome!
A fun, safe, and clean children’s area is provided for kids from Kindergarten through 5th grade.
During worship, we seek to engage the heart, mind, and soul with worship songs and an inspiring message for all walks of life. Our gathering will last for about an hour and fifteen minutes.
Our goal is that you leave us having gained a new perspective, made some new friends and already looking forward to returning next week with someone else.

Pastor Tim Hobson

Tim and Amy were married and joined the staff at Real Life in 1997 and since have been blessed with five amazing kids: Remington, Peyton, Torrey, Chase and Eli.

Tim stays busy leading the Real Life family, creating messages, studying Hebrew, fixing up houses and coaching track and cross country. Amy stays busy working for the church, managing the family life and taking care of Tim, which is a big job!

In 1981, at the age of 12, Tim had a first row seat to a great move of God as a handful of families, his being one of them, filled with the Holy Spirit and a passion to love and see people healed followed the call of God to start a new church they named The Lamb of God Fellowship.

Growing up in this vibrant and exciting environment Tim caught the vision of serving God with his life in the ministry and at the age of 17 at summer camp he received a call from God on his life to do just that.

At the time he thought he would become a missionary in a foreign country. A few years later after graduating from Calvin College and marrying his high school sweetheart, Amy, the two entered the ministry and have been a part of helping people live a better story ever since.

In 2008, Tim and Amy became the Lead Pastors and continue to serve the LORD’s calling to build a fellowship of believers who know God and make Him known. In 2021 the church changed its name to Real Life and continues to follow the call of Jesus to save the lost, disciple the saved and launch the discipled.

God has everything we need for this life and the one to come. No life compares to a life in God’s

hands. Whether it is marriage, finances, job or friendships, when God is in the center, our story gets better! Join our family as we seek to live a better story together and experience Real Life as Jesus intended. “I came so that everyone would have life, and have it in its fullest.” –Jesus
